In this series of tea pots, I wanted to examine the tension that occurs by the combination of two features of materials; processed and raw. The gardening hose is a processed material that is daily used whereas the porcelain is pure. By not glazing the porcelain, it creates a raw feeling to it. I created a gentle and natural attachment between the two, to make the integration as authentic as can be.
